Inception of Subhkiran Assets LLP dates back to October 2015. As in the case of many other establishments, Subhakiran Assets LLP too had a humble beginning consequent to a meeting held at “Ragamaliga” complex North Paravur in the month of August 2015 by group of like minded people from different walks of life, living in and around North Paravur. The meeting proposed several business ideas with social cause and after due deliberations decided to register a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)  with Registrar of Companies, (ROC), Kochi, in which all of the attendees of the said meeting became partners.

Subhakiran Assets LLP (SAL) is a Limited Liability Partnership firm under the LLP Act 2008,

As it stands, SAL is a LLP with 398 partners.

SAL have a well defined organization structure with key personnel at its helm and a strong board of partners with abundant experience in a variety of disciplines, which constitute its strength.
